Use this page to order Miriam Grebe's Gift Boxes by mail. If you prefer to pay online using your credit card, go to the PayPal Gift Box order form.

Choose from pre-packaged standard gift boxes featuring flowers, animals, scenic photos of San Francisco, Monterey, Hawaii, and other subjects. See the cards in the standard gift boxes by clicking on the topics in the menu at the left or in the Gift Box Order Form below.

Use the Gift Box Order Form below to place your order for gift boxes. You can either fill in the blanks by typing and then print the form, or print the form and fill in by hand. Then mail the completed form to Miriam Grebe Images, P.O. Box 301, Monterey, CA 93942-0301, with your check or money order. There are no shipping charges.

To create your own Gift Boxes by selecting individual cards, enter the number of Gift Boxes in the "Make Your Own Gift Box" line, then select the photo cards in the list below (making sure that the total number of cards is ten times the number of "Make Your Own" Gift Boxes you have selected). If you're ordering more than one "Make Your Own" Gift Box, use the comments section to indicate which cards go in each box.
